StrayLight was a proud contributor to The Healthcare Convention & Exhibitors Association’s (HCEA) Annual Meeting, held in Palm Springs, California. To kick-off the conference, StrayLight provided a 3D theater experience for the opening session, complete with a complimentary pair of 3D glasses for each audience member. The 3D experience “Let Me Be Your Wingman!” was an adorable 2 minute animated movie that integrated the conference theme “A Vision To Succeed” with the location, the Palm Springs desert. The eye-popping images literally jumped off of the screen, and allowed the audience to become part of the animated fun!
As the experts in 3D and Virtual Reality experiences, StrayLight was invited by the communications firm, Poretta & Orr Inc., (who sponsored the opening session), to partner on producing an exciting 3D entertainment offering for HCEA members. StrayLight provided all of the 3D technology and design including: 3D computer rendering of animation files, 3D projector systems, 3D playback system, 3D screen material, 3D technical designs, and 3D glasses.
HCEA’s 2003 Annual Meeting offered educational workshops which covered a wide variety of topics crucial to the healthcare convention industry. HCEA is the only association solely dedicated to improving the effectiveness of all conventions, meetings and exhibitions for the healthcare industry and represents more than 700 member organizations. |
