Who We Are
StrayLight Corp. is in its tenth year of operations and is one of the oldest firms in the Virtual Reality arena. Through StrayLight's creativity and quality of work, we have built a strong reputation in this new industry as the leading producer and manufacturer of reliable, portable, and high performance Virtual Reality systems for the entertainment, promotions, and special events market.

What We Do
StrayLight manufactures interactive cutting-edge Virtual Reality systems which are the heart of successful special event and on-premise promotions. StrayLight uses Virtual Reality (or VR) as a specialized media to capture consumer interest and present client messages with the greatest impact. StrayLight's Virtual Reality systems take consumers inside their client's products and services by immersing them in computer-generated environments. These virtual environments allow our guests to interact with marketing messages, and therefore increase their retention levels by educating and entertaining simultaneously.

StrayLight works with clients through all phases of the development process; forming creative designs, producing custom software, manufacturing hardware, delivering systems, and providing technical training and support. Most importantly, StrayLight helps clients choose the most effective VR application to meet their marketing needs such as; elevating brand awareness, re-enforcing a corporate image, increasing trade show booth traffic, increasing sales leads, providing unique entertainment, and attracting media attention.

Products
In addition to our custom development services, StrayLight manufactures three turn-key VR systems, 3D-XTC(tm) , CyberTron(tm) , and Virtual Theaters. Each immersive system incorporates individual high-end Virtual Reality Head Mounted Displays (HMDs), which allow for navigation through computer-generated environments. Designed exclusively for use at promotions and special events, multiple systems can be linked together for cooperative or competitive experiences
3D-XTC(tm) - 3D-XTC(tm) is StrayLight's low cost compact VR system. 3D-XTC(tm) is both portable and rugged, and represents state of the art image generation, head mounted displays, position tracking systems, and flexibility. Fifteen 3D-XTC(tm) platforms, with custom software, are currently on individual US and overseas tours promoting Jim Beam's After Shock Liqueur. In Europe and Latin America, 3D-XTC(tm) systems are introducing the Danzka Vodka brand to a new marketplace, also with custom software.
CyberTron(tm)- StrayLight's first motion based product, CyberTron(tm) , is a gyroscopic motion-based platform, highly recognized as the first VR system to be installed on a Disney property. CyberTron(tm) has headlined tours worldwide, for the Grateful Dead, Blockbuster Entertainment, Coca-Cola, and West Park GmbH. CyberTron(tm) has been featured on numerous national television shows including: The Regis and Kathie Lee Show, CNN News, and Newton's Apple.
Virtual Theater - StrayLight developed the first ever HMD-based group experience, a 26 seat Virtual Theater, in 1994 for CableTron Systems. This modular Virtual Theater is an immersive full body experience, which taps into the audience's senses of sight, sound, and touch. Each guest is given their own HMD, impact/motion seat, and surround sound system to explore stereoscopic "eye-popping" 3D adventures. The high audience throughput, allows for hundreds of participants an hour. For the trade show and promotional market, StrayLight has developed over eight custom theater productions for clients such as AT&T, Hennessy Cognac, and ITT Educational Services. The overwhelming success of Virtual Theaters have brought clients back multiple times for new stereoscopic productions
